About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our Support Team in Warsaw. As a Shift Lead, you'll be responsible for leading and monitoring a team of colleagues on busy shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate break schedules and monitor workload, efficiency, duties, and well-being of the team
  • Communicate updates and news to the team, collect and forward feedback
  • Solve issues and escalate cases as needed
  • Act always in Wolt's best interest

Requirements

  • Proactive, service-minded, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to give constructive feedback and lead by example
  • Proficient multitasker with analytical mind and proven track record in support roles
  • Fluent in Polish and English, ability to work flexible schedules between 7 AM and 2 AM

What We Offer

  • Premium salary estimated at PLN 30,000-35,000 per month (depending on experience)
