Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations of the B2B Customer Service team.
- Support team members in times of need and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Develop and maintain optimal ways of working, always seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the first point of contact for sales managers and represent the team in local and regional meetings.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Ongoing communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
