Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations of the B2B Customer Service team.
  • Support team members in times of need and ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Develop and maintain optimal ways of working, always seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales managers and represent the team in local and regional meetings.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Ongoing communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
