Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our B2B Customer Service team.
  • Support team members in times of need or escalation.
  • Ensure internal communication within the team, keeping them informed of changes and gathering feedback.
  • Create and maintain optimal ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities for overall B2B service improvement.
  • Ensure procedures align with VELUX quality standards and work manuals.
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales managers.
  • Participate in local and regional projects as the Customer Service voice.
  • Represent the team at periodic local and regional meetings.

Our Requirements

  • Strong people management skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Pro-active attitude and initiative.
  • Excellent organization of your own and your team's work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Efficiency and business responsibility.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
