Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Manager to join our Support Team at Wolt. As a Customer Service Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring a team of support professionals, ensuring an efficient operation and good customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee break schedules and monitor workload, efficiency, duties, and team well-being
- Keep the team informed on latest updates and news
- Collect and forward feedback
- Solve issues the team needs help with and escalate cases when necessary
- Act always in Wolt's best interest
Requirements
- You are proactive, service-minded, and enjoy working with people
- You are able to give constructive feedback in an empathetic way
- You are a proficient multitasker with an analytical mind
- You have a proven track record in previous/other support roles in terms of KPIs and/or feedback from colleagues
- You are fluent in Polish and English
- You are able to work full time and in flexible schedules between 7 AM and 2 AM
