Customer Success Manager Role
At Worldline, we are shaping the future of payments technology. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of the team that powers the growth of millions of businesses worldwide. Your mission will be to support the monitoring of processes for our clients and maintain strong operational customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of services delivered
• Participating in customer meetings to discuss operational performance and delivery
• Managing assigned customer queries and escalating issues through collaboration with other departments
• Providing detailed reports as per agreed schedules on management and account performance
• Mitigating and solving escalations to ensure timely resolution of client issues
Requirements and Qualifications
• Proficiency in Croatian, Dutch, French, Polish, or English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service within the cashless payments industry
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and connect with various stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and closing skills
• Results-oriented and proactive attitude
