At Triumph International, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Interaction Department in Poland – Warsaw. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for fulfilling all in- and outbound communication channels and driving pro-active customer-oriented Contact Center according to set KPIs, including the according reflection in the CRM system.

This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Contact Center Area, with fluency in Swedish and English being mandatory. SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the Voice of our Customers, translating their impulses into excellent Customer Experience through all touch points in a relevant time span. You will also perform best-in-class end-to-end returns management, starting from return request management and finishing with sending agreed documents to customers, including active internal cooperation with the warehouse.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fulfilling all in- and outbound communication channels and driving pro-active customer-oriented Contact Center according to set KPIs, including the according reflection in the CRM system.
  • Acting as the Voice of our Customers, translating their impulses into excellent Customer Experience through all touch points in a relevant time span.
  • Performing best-in-class end-to-end returns management, starting from return request management and finishing with sending agreed documents to customers, including active internal cooperation with the warehouse.
  • Maintaining Customer Information Management.
