Customer Success Specialist

Triumph International, a leading global intimate apparel company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Fulfill all in- and outbound communication channels and drive proactive customer-oriented contact center operations according to set KPIs.
- Act as the voice of our customers, translating their needs into excellent customer experiences through all touchpoints in a relevant time span.
- Perform best-in-class end-to-end returns management, starting from return request management and finishing with sending agreed documents to customers, including active internal cooperation with the warehouse.
- Perform the intake and maintenance of customer orders via the contact center team.
- Perform business-needed credit/debit memo creation on time and in the correct way, including sharing of documents with business partners and confirming completion to the requestor.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or within a contact center environment.
- Proficient in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced skills in both Excel and SAP, enabling efficient data management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
