We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and complete customer requests from ticketing tools, ensuring that customer needs are met within agreed-upon timescales.
- Collaborate with Specialist Groups to resolve trouble tickets, utilizing your technical expertise to configure and troubleshoot payment solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer technical environments and payment solution configurations, enabling you to provide informed support and guidance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to our payment solutions, working closely with customers to ensure seamless transactions.
- Participate in customer activities and standard projects, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Perform tests and sign off on payment solution functionality, ensuring that it meets customer requirements.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- First-hand experience in a support team environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Linux and scripting languages such as Python, with a basic understanding of electronic banking and money concepts.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
