About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global community of campaign organizers, donors, and supporters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide human support to customers, connecting directly with organizers and donors to resolve technical issues and provide coaching on fundraising strategies.
  • Work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues.
  • Help customers successfully transfer raised funds to their bank accounts, navigate troubleshooting scenarios, and provide support via live chat and email.
  • Champion customer feedback to improve the GoFundMe experience and ensure a seamless and effortless experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • C1 fluency or higher in English and German required.
  • Metric and goal-driven, with a passion for achieving high standards and delivering exceptional results.
