Customer Support Specialist

At Webfleet Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers through various channels, including phone and email.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations and provide personalized support to meet their needs.
  • Update our CRM system (SalesForce) with relevant information collected during customer service activities.
  • Liaise with peers and cross-departmentally to provide comprehensive and researched answers to customers.
Requirements:
  • Successful experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eager to learn new products and technologies, with a willingness to utilize knowledge in a practical way.
  • Ability to be both proactive and reactive, with a focus on detail and a commitment to meeting service levels.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems (such as SalesForce) is an advantage.
