At Webfleet Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and product information to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers through various channels, including phone and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide accurate and informed support.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and provide personalized support to meet their needs.
- Update our CRM system with relevant customer information and activity data.
- Previous experience in a similar customer support role, preferably in a technical or product-related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to learn new products and technologies quickly and apply knowledge in a practical way.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is an advantage.
