Customer Care Process Expert

At SIX Payment Services, we're seeking a skilled Customer Care Process Expert to support our Client Operations department within Customer Care Benelux & Western-Europe Organisation. As a key member of our team, you'll directly contribute to the Customer Care Strategy and report to the Service Readiness & Communication Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Review and improve our Customer Care process knowledge base to ensure user-friendliness.
  • Develop and maintain FAQs and briefings for new projects/products.
  • Collaborate with our external partner to ensure awareness of key processes.
  • Support Customer Care improvement initiatives, such as call deflection and website improvement.
