Customer Care Process Expert
At SIX Payment Services, we're seeking a skilled Customer Care Process Expert to support our Client Operations department within Customer Care Benelux & Western-Europe Organisation. As a key member of our team, you'll directly contribute to the Customer Care Strategy and report to the Service Readiness & Communication Manager.
Responsibilities
- Review and improve our Customer Care process knowledge base to ensure user-friendliness.
- Develop and maintain FAQs and briefings for new projects/products.
- Collaborate with our external partner to ensure awareness of key processes.
- Support Customer Care improvement initiatives, such as call deflection and website improvement.
