About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Knowledge Management Coordinator to support our Client Operations department within Customer Care Benelux & Western-Europe Organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance our Customer Care process knowledge base, ensuring user-friendly and customer-centric processes.
  • FAQ and Briefing Creation: Develop FAQs and briefings for new projects/products to facilitate seamless onboarding and communication.
  • Knowledge Translation: Translate processes into decision trees or other formats to improve the on-call user experience.
  • Awareness Creation: Work closely with external partners to ensure consistent process adoption and awareness.
  • Customer Care Support: Contribute to improving Customer Care initiatives (call deflection, support website enhancement, IVR).
  • Training and Collaboration: Engage in active collaboration with Process Architects & Training Department to train experts and prepare them for their roles.
