HR Coordinator for Corporate Services

As an HR Coordinator for Corporate Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily technical management of our HQ buildings. This includes coordinating tasks and activities related to inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities- Receiving, registering, and handling facility management-related incident and service requests
- Maintaining up-to-date records of building occupation and seating plans
- Supporting internal relocations and preparing instructions for users to obtain facility services or support with facility incidents
- Coordinating the receipt of deliveries, including confirming counts, quality, and coordinating internal logistics and storage
- Assisting with contract management tasks and performing various contract-related duties
- Preparing procurement requests, technical specifications, and other procurement-related documentation
- Collecting and analyzing data, creating tables, graphs, or other data reports
- Drafting notes, letters, reports, and follow-ups
- Assisting with financial document preparation and follow-up
- Organizing meetings, drafting minutes as necessary
- Managing daily correspondence
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative files
- A minimum of secondary education attested by a diploma
- At least one year of experience in facility management, office coordination, or customer service in an international environment
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) for both oral and written communication
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, with advanced proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
