Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Technical Support Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Kyriba's solution, staying up-to-date with product enhancements and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance skills and expertise.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field, with a strong understanding of software applications and technical protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
