The Opportunity

At Worldline, we're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a crucial role in setting up, maintaining, and upgrading payment solutions for our customers.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • You'll provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.
  • You'll analyze and complete customer requests from ticketing tools, such as Jira and SalesForce, within agreed timescales.
  • You'll collaborate with specialist groups, including R&D and support L2, to resolve technical issues and configure payment solutions.
  • You'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our payment solution, working closely with customers to understand their technical environment and configuration.
  • You'll perform tests and sign off on the functionality of payment solutions.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional support. If you have experience in the support team, proficiency in Linux and SQL, and advanced knowledge of scripting languages like Python and Shell, we'd love to hear from you.
