Responsibilities:- Handling incoming calls and inquiries in Danish
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Resolving issues related to reservations, returns, or complaints
- Providing accurate and timely information about our services
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service
- Fluent Danish and English (B2)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset
- Employment based on an employment contract
- Attractive employment conditions: 11,000 PLN gross per month
- Hybrid work model in Warsaw
