Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls and inquiries via chat in one of the Scandinavian languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish.
- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues related to reservations, returns, or complaints.
- Offer accurate and timely information regarding our services.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and drive business growth.
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish, and English (B2 level).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset.
- Employment based on an employment contract.
- Competitive salary: 9,500 - 11,000 PLN gross per month, depending on language skills.
