Customer Support Advisor for Scandinavian Airline

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries via chat in one of the Scandinavian languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues related to reservations, returns, or complaints.
  • Offer accurate and timely information regarding our services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Fluent proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish, and English (B2 level).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an asset.
