Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through active listening and empathy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements to deliver exceptional support
  • Ensure the secure handling of sensitive customer information
  • Apply innovative customer happiness practices to drive satisfaction
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments to ensure seamless support

Requirements:

  • Fluent Swedish and English (B2 level) is a must
  • Basic technical understanding is essential
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Self-management skills to work independently
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
