Technical Support Engineer Europe

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional technical support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical queries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our electrical solutions and products, staying up-to-date with new technologies and innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer support and experience.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral to support customer engagement and education.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, including process flow, electrical one lines, and piping schematics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and CRM software.
