Customer Success Specialist Job Description

Triumph International is a leading global intimate apparel company with a presence in over 80 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill all in- and outbound communication channels and drive proactive customer-oriented contact center operations according to set KPIs.
  • Act as the voice of our customers, translating their needs into excellent customer experiences through all touchpoints.
  • Perform best-in-class end-to-end returns management, including return request management and document sharing with internal teams.
  • Maintain customer information management and perform business-needed credit/debit memo creation.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or contact center operations.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
