Role Overview

The Customer Renewals Specialist role at MicroStrategy Poland is a critical position that requires a customer-focused individual to manage a portfolio of customers who have implemented our technology solutions. The primary goal is to increase product usage and overall adoption, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track subscription and contract renewal dates to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing, to align on account strategies and objectives.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and manage all aspects of the contract renewal process, including quoting, negotiated paperwork, and customer PO/approval process.
  • Develop and maintain accurate renewal forecasts to help the company plan its revenue goals.
  • Negotiate renewal terms and pricing to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Implement strategies to defend against customer churn rates and continuously improve negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and SaaS product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers.

Requirements

  • Up to 3 years of experience working with customers, with a client-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English is a must, with any additional language being a plus.
  • Self-starter with an ability to identify areas for improvement and foster a positive work environment.
  • Understanding of packaged application software implementation practices and strong analytical skills.
