Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Poland, Warsaw. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will be responsible for providing proactive support to our customers through various communication channels, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and issues.

Your primary focus will be on driving customer-oriented Contact Center operations, translating customer feedback into excellent experiences across all touchpoints. You will also be responsible for performing best-in-class returns management, from return request handling to document sharing with internal stakeholders.

In addition, you will manage customer orders, create credit/debit memos as needed, and maintain effective communication with business partners and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Fulfilling all in- and outbound communication channels and drive pro-active customer-oriented Contact Center according to set KPIs
  • Act as the Voice of our Customers, translating his/her impulse into excellent Customer Experience through all touch points in a relevant time span
  • Perform best in class end 2 end returns management, starting from return request management and finish with sending agreed documents to customer including an active internal cooperation with warehouse
  • Managing customer orders via the Contact Center Team
  • Creating credit/debit memos on time and in the correct way including sharing of documents with Business Partners and confirm completion to the requestor
Requirements
  • You have acquired at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or within a Contact Center environment
  • You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English both spoken and written
  • You possess advanced skills in both Excel and SAP, enabling you to efficiently manage data
  • You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
About You

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
