Customer Success Manager Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join Teradata as a Customer Success Manager, where you will be responsible for driving customer growth, satisfaction, and retention. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute account strategies that leverage your expertise in customer relationships, executive relationships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and curate existing customer relationships to drive business growth, customer value, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Demonstrate ability to understand customers' needs, develop new business relationships, and provide thought leadership to influence and build trust at different customer levels.
  • Lead the development of customer success plans and partner internally to ensure successful delivery of related services and support functions.
  • Drive utilization of Teradata software and services through education and strategy sessions, ensuring customers are successful in their adoption of Teradata technology.
  • Provide customer education on how to use Teradata solutions to solve their most demanding business challenges.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop and execute plans that drive customer growth and satisfaction.

About You

We are seeking a results-oriented strategic thinker with a proven track record of long-range planning and a strong ability to lead, advise, and advocate for customers. You should possess a keen interest in and understanding of developments in data and analytic technologies, as well as experience in promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in either a pre-sales or customer success role.
