Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer loyalty, adoption, and implementation of our solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building trusted advisor relationships with customers, articulating the value of our solutions, and promoting retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Partner with sales teams to transition accounts from pre-sales to customer success
  • Identify expansion opportunities and advocate for customers
  • Handle escalations and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams
  • Identify risks to customer success and work with account teams to mitigate them
