Customer Success Expert

Triumph International is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Interaction Department in Poland - Warsaw. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for driving pro-active customer-oriented Contact Center initiatives and ensuring excellent Customer Experience through all touch points.
Key Responsibilities- Fulfill all in- and outbound communication channels and drive pro-active customer-oriented Contact Center initiatives according to set KPIs.
- Act as the Voice of our Customers, translating their needs into excellent Customer Experience through all touch points in a relevant time span.
- Perform best-in-class end-to-end returns management, starting from return request management and finishing with sending agreed documents to customers.
- Maintain Customer Information Management and perform business-needed Credit/Debit Memo creation on time and in the correct way.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Contact Center Area.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
- SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus.
- Very good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
