Job Title: Client Success Manager

Neontri is a leading provider of custom software solutions and total talent management. With a strong focus on fintech, banking, and e-commerce, we pride ourselves on building long-lasting client relationships.

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support to key Business Partners in Europe, while working with the MS&A team. You will act as a liaison for the client in terms of problem management and support for service changes and enhancements to the client's system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to key Business Partners in Europe
  • Work with the MS&A team to resolve issues and implement changes
  • Act as a liaison for the client in terms of problem management and support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience related to customer service in financial services, payment cards, software or information services
  • Knowledge in the topic of authorization, billing and processing back offices
  • English language skills at a minimum C1 level
