Job Description:
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager at MICHELIN, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Representing our team externally with clients and internally with various stakeholders
- Developing a thorough understanding of clients' positions in the market, their products/services, points of difference, and competitive landscapes
- Capturing, managing, and answering customer requests/claims
- Establishing and building strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels
- Managing day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships related to current, new, and upcoming projects, including business reviews
- Preparing and presenting sales information and effective proposals for customers during renewals or new initiatives
- Visiting clients, attending trade shows, and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
- Proactively remaining connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
- Developing/generating new leads by monitoring trends, conducting research, identifying opportunities, cold calling, and making appointments
Requirements:
- Strong customer service relationship skills
- Project or account management experience

- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
What We Offer:
