About the Role

NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Client Manager to join our team. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Manufacturing, Utilities, and Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned accounts and drive land, expansion, and renewals to meet business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying process.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to execute strategic pursuits and drive business growth.
  • Identify and articulate value propositions to clients, generating demand and driving sales.
  • Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships to deliver attractive value propositions to clients.
  • Utilize sales tools and methodologies to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Develop and align governance and compliance policies to manage risk exposure and liability.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales in Manufacturing, Utilities, and Energy sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills at the C-level and with top management.
  • Advanced sales and client engagement experience, with a good understanding of business, sourcing, and technology markets.
  • Advanced experience negotiating with clients and vendors.
  • Advanced experience with business-to-business sales techniques.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com platform.
