About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Senior Client Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving growth and expansion within assigned accounts, and providing exceptional client satisfaction throughout the entire buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and develop trust relationships to drive land, expansion, and renewals.
- Provide guidance and secure client satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Work closely with NTT Ltd.'s go-to-market teams to execute company strategies.
- Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and articulate how NTT DATA can add value through our services and solutions.
- Leverage strategic vendor relationships.
- Use NTT Ltd.'s sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.
- Build enduring relationships and display an understanding of the client industry, business environment, and strategy to identify current and future opportunities for NTT Ltd.
- Develop and align governance and compliance policies in own practice area to identify and manage risk exposure liability.
Requirements
- Sales business acumen - skills supporting successful selling through organizational and business outcome mindset.
- Sales client engagement and management - skills used to effectively manage and analyze the client's digital transformation journey, to improve relationships and drive sales growth.
- Sales solution skills - knowledge of NTT Ltd.'s offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends, and the skill to apply them to individual client and prospect situations.
- Sales pursuit - skills and knowledge that enable a sales team member to create success by identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.
