Job Summary


As a Senior Account Manager at Publicis Groupe, you will be the driving force behind our clients' success, overseeing the implementation of integrated 360° communication projects and adapting them for the CE market. Your responsibilities will include team management, project budget coordination, client guidance, and relationship-building.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Manage project budgets, create cost estimates, and coordinate invoicing processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team efficiency
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure professional growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business results


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • 4-6 years of experience in managing marketing projects or customer service in an advertising agency
  • Experience in localizing TV campaigns and digital campaigns or e-commerce
  • Ability to manage and control project budgets
  • Strong self-starter and independent thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers
  • Excellent time and work organization, with a strong attention to detail
  • Very good command of English and Polish languages in speech and writing
  • Ability to work within agreed processes and work standards
