We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Client Service Coordinator to join our Warsaw team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating project logistics, and providing administrative support to the Director and client services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Client Director in managing client relationships and acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items and decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and client services team, including managing calendars, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports under the guidance of the Director.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support client initiatives and strategic planning efforts.
  • Attend client meetings and take detailed notes, capturing key discussions and action items for follow-up.
  • Assist with client communications, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from superiors.
  • Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2/C1).

About the Opportunity:

  • An estimated salary of 40,000 - 55,000 PLN per year, depending on experience.
