Job Title: Client Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Manufacturing and Utilities sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned accounts and drive land, expansion, and renewals within the Manufacturing and Utilities verticals.
  • Provide guidance and ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying process.
  • Work closely with NTT Ltd.'s go-to-market teams to execute strategic pursuits.
  • Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and articulate how we can add value through our services and solutions.
  • Shape strategic vendor relationships to build an attractive value proposition for specified vertical customers.
  • Use NTT Ltd.'s sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.
  • Build enduring relationships and display an understanding of the client's industry specifics, business environment, compliance challenges, and strategy to identify current and future opportunities for NTT Ltd.
  • Develop and align governance and compliance policies in own practice area to identify and manage risk exposure liability.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of ICT in Manufacturing / Utilities market – IT-OT Convergence, Private 5G, OT Security, Industrial Internet of Things, Hyper-Automation, Managed Services, Cloud and Edge computing and connectivity.
  • Sales business acumen - Skills supporting successful selling through organizational and business outcome mindset.
  • Sales client engagement and management - Skills used to effectively manage and analyze the client's digital transformation journey, to improve relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Sales solution skills - Knowledge of NTT Ltd.'s offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends and the skill to apply them to individual client and prospect situations that positions the sales team member as an expert client advisor.
  • Sales pursuit - Skills and knowledge that enable a sales team member to create success by identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.
