About the Role


Aeronautical Analyst at NAVBLUE will be responsible for managing and maintaining our digital library of state-published aeronautical information. This includes updating and distributing the data to relevant production teams for inclusion in our products.



Key Responsibilities



  • Source, analyze, and process state-published aeronautical information in a timely manner in accordance with the 28-day AIRAC cycle.
  • Manage the digital library of documentation and ensure all relevant administrative records are up-to-date.
  • Plan and prioritize workload to achieve predetermined deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts with Civil Aviation Authorities and similar organizations.
  • Identify and record discrepancies with documentation and liaise with state authorities for clarification.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers and external data providers.
  • Collaborate and work together in a small team environment to achieve team objectives.
  • Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to at all times and notify relevant personnel of any non-conformities.


Requirements



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in digital document library management and/or working with aeronautical source documentation.
  • Ability to articulate complex information to various audiences.
  • Quality-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn, implement, and manage new concepts, systems, and processes.
  • Continuous improvement mindset (optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills: adept at working to strict deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable to all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and autonomous.
