Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at 7N Sp z o.o. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving growth for the company.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new clients through various sales channels, identifying and pursuing business opportunities that align with our company's goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met, and our services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and contribute to strategic business development initiatives that shape the company's growth strategy.
  • Promote our service offerings through networking, referrals, and direct outreach, and represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners, and build a deep understanding of our products to present them effectively to clients.
  • Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales, and oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in new business development role in IT contracting or other IT services.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to generate, inbound qualification, and nurturing leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a talent for networking and maintaining long-term relationships and partnerships.
  • Understanding of the IT sector and outsourcing models, with the ability to match client needs with IT consulting solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of crafting and executing business development plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
