Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Demand Generation Team who is excited to drive diverse projects and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented team culture. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to create the structure for automated programs and multichannel integrated campaigns.

  • You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with our global product management and demand generation teams, and contributing to developing and refining Ingersoll Rand's digital marketing strategy.
  • Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment, and up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging digital marketing trends.
  • A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience working in Oracle Eloqua, with proven success building programs and setting up integrations.
  • 2+ years of project management experience, including establishing and maintaining processes in Lean or Agile methodology.
  • Advanced technical skills, including HTML and JavaScript.
  • An associate's degree (or international equivalent) in Marketing, plus at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience in strategy creation and leadership.
Work Arrangements/Requirements

This role requires fully site-based, flexible working, or hybrid arrangements, with 50% travel across Europe.
