About the Role

As a Commercial Solutions Expert at IQVIA Argentina, you will play a key role in providing expert-level commercial solutions support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the financial performance of assigned customer segments for all technology solutions. This involves establishing IQVIA credibility as a provider of commercial enterprise-wide technology solutions and driving large-scale, customized deals across the Tech & Services portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  1. You will spend at least 50% of your time on customer segment management, ensuring alignment and coordination between different IQVIA/client touch points.
  2. Accountability for large-scale, multi-country technology implementations (CSAT & Profitability).
  3. You will set strategic client/segment agendas and drive global account planning to achieve financial and non-financial targets.
  4. Broaden and deepen strategic client relationships within accounts in defined sell-deliver strategies.
  5. Ensure client insight is shared internally, maintaining a database of intelligence on competitor activity and strategy within accounts.
  6. Create annual segment/account plans with financial targets and clear roadmaps for achieving targets.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree Required
  2. Seven (7) years relevant sales/service or marketing experience Required
  3. Demonstrates excellent project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.
  4. In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings.
  5. Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills.
  6. Possesses necessary subject matter expertise and project management skills able to effectively manage projects across multiple CoEs.
