About the Role

Veeam, a global leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, seeks a motivated individual to join its team as a Cloud Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new account opportunities and qualifying them for Veeam's solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and validate new account opportunities through various tactics, including phone outreach, email, social media, and chat.
  • Qualify marketing-generated demand against established criteria before passing qualified opportunities to sales representatives or account executives.
  • Nurture predetermined groups of prospects using multiple touch tactics or cadences to foster meaningful interactions and determine their level of interest.
  • Manage account information, prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities within Veeam's CRM system.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably in high-tech products or services, and excellent communication skills. Technical education and knowledge of storage backup, cloud backup, and key manufacturers in the industry are desirable qualities.
