Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Data Specialist to join our team at LyondellBasell. As a key member of our Vendor Administration department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate Vendor Master Data in MDG and SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Vendor Master Data in MDG and SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support Vendor Master Data projects and other activities as needed, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to resolve data-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for process and control improvement, and present recommendations to team lead or department manager.
  • Support data quality improvement initiatives for existing data in SAP and MDG.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with 2-4 years of experience working with SAP in a Master Data, Accounts Payable, Finance, or Procurement role.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Experience with Master Data Governance tools is a plus.
