We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Corporate Services Division in Warsaw.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support in various general administrative procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Support document flows and archiving processes, maintaining a secure and organized digital and physical record management system.
- Assist in drafting reports related to Frontex activities, utilizing excellent written communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
- Carry out data entry and monitoring of electronic databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Support organizational matters, including handling correspondence, arranging online and physical meetings, and performing other basic administrative tasks.
- Prior experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
- A university degree in administration, business management, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in document management, including archiving and handling correspondence.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with electronic databases.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
