Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Executive Assistants. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an international environment.
- Provide administrative support to Executive Assistants, including coordinating travel arrangements, handling invoice payments, and managing office supply orders.
- Work closely with the Executive Office Manager and Executive Assistants to align priorities and maintain an organized agenda.
- Take ownership of special projects or assignments delegated by the Executive Assistants, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Highly independent in completing assigned tasks with deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage openly and build respect among stakeholders and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset, demonstrating initiative in all tasks.
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership in driving various initiatives and assignments to successful completion.
