About the Role

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to leaders in the Technology and/or Operations function, providing guidance and support on critical HR issues. This includes talent planning, organizational design, and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders and HR peers to identify and address key HR challenges, developing solutions that align with overall goals and support a global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Management and Development: Partner with business leaders and HR peers to contribute to the design of effective retention strategies and manage performance to ensure employees meet their goals and objectives.
  2. Organizational Effectiveness: Collaborate with HR peers to consult on business needs, design transformation initiatives, and develop data-driven business cases for location strategy, compensation changes, and talent planning.
  3. Employee Relations and Performance Management: Identify situations requiring employee relations interventions, engage HR peers, and resolve conflict effectively.
  4. Change Management and Communication: Partner with business and HR leaders to design detailed change management and internal communication strategies.

Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent business experience.
  2. 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or similar role.
  3. Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned to the organization's overall strategy and goals.
  4. Demonstrated ability to use data to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
  5. Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences.
