Job Title: Global Operations Manager

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from 80,000 PLN to 120,000 PLN per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient liaison between Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams.
  • Sustain business commitments through proactive communication and driving first-class operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain functions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Use empowerment to establish strong relationships with the business and drive the importance of the role.
  • Promote continuous improvement and automation of daily tasks.
  • Manage the team to create trust and accountability.
  • Support internal audit controls and SOX initiatives.
  • Provide metrics to enable decision-making processes.

Working Hours: This is a mixed shift position, working hours are from 3 pm to 11 pm.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Excellent Business English and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on a mixed shift approach (9 am - 5 pm, 3/4 - 11/12 pm) to provide support to customers in the North America market.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in a relevant field and customer-focused environment.
  • People management experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong multi-tasker.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Collaborative, likes to work in teams.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • University degree (Bachelor of Business Administration/Master's Degree).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Order Management experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience with a hardware, software manufacturer, or logistics company.
