Trading Services Analyst (English)

We are a global leader in the financial services industry, seeking a Trading Services Analyst to provide exceptional support to our global client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class support, resolving client queries, and executing trades. About the Role

As a Trading Services Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support across phone, email, web chat, and social media. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing front-line support to our clients, resolving queries, and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
  • Executing trades for our clients, following our internal Trade Execution Test (TET) and adhering to our risk management policies.
  • Participating in and running various local and international projects or initiatives, gaining a strong understanding of financial markets, stock exchanges, and macro-economic events.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level education.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence to employ basic maths skills, particularly mental arithmetic.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Literacy in MS Office.
