Job Description

  • Develop and maintain existing network infrastructure, including data centers, LAN, WAN, SDN, and cloud.
  • Handle service requests and execute IT infrastructure projects by implementing solutions.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and ensure the proper operation of LAN/WAN/SDN/cloud networks.
  • Manage and administer computer network monitoring.
  • Create documentation and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to development and business support teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supporting network technologies in mid/large-size companies.
  • Knowledge of at least Cisco CCNA/CCNP level.
  • Practical knowledge of network security.
  • Experience in configuring Cisco and Fortinet network devices like firewalls, switches, routers.
  • Knowledge of issues related to LAN/WAN/SDN network management.
  • Good knowledge about routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
  • Good knowledge about VPN networks (SSLVPN, IPSec).
  • Knowledge in network infrastructure monitoring, observability, alerting would be a great plus.
  • Experience in Cisco ACI and Cloud Networking would be a great plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Availability for on-call duty, including one on-call rotation, 24/7.
  • Good spoken and written English skills, at a minimum of B2 level.
  • Valid driving license for category B.
