Job Description

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Manager to lead our team of network engineers in Poland. As a key member of our Network Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and uptime of our global LAN, WAN, and Wireless Networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of network engineers in Poland to deliver project and operational support for our global network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical direction and oversight to regional network engineers to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Own critical network metrics, such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs), to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Participate in Service Restoration Teams to resolve critical network issues 24/7/365.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop network management tools that monitor utilization, predict capacity requirements, and manage inventory/configuration.
  • Streamline support processes to minimize mean time to restore (MTTR) and ensure efficient support handoffs.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset to increase network performance, automation, and scalability.
  • Partner with IT teams, including DevOps, end users, and business partners, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain outstanding relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of network experience with a strong background in enterprise networks.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with configuration, installation, and monitoring of network equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise networks and knowledge/experience with WIFI (CWNP Certified Wireless Network Professional).
