We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in our target markets.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and marketing efforts;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders;
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to customers and internal teams on industry trends, products, and services;
- Analyze sales performance data to inform strategy and optimize results;
- Manage sales forecasting and pipeline management processes;
- Cultivate a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, training, and resources;
- Stay current on industry developments, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a technology or related industry;
- Proven track record of sales success and quota attainment;
- Strong understanding of the customer's needs and pain points;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable recommendations;
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
- Working proficiency in Polish and English.
