At Fun Crafters, we're passionate about crafting immersive gaming experiences that transport players to new worlds. Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of mobile gaming, and we're seeking talented artists to help us bring our vision to life.

We're looking for a skilled Senior Environment Artist to join our team and contribute to the creation of stunning, dynamic game environments. As a key member of our art team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the landscapes that millions of players will explore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality 3D models, including baking, texturing, and LOD creation, and import them into Unity.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to meet art requirements and specific project needs.
  • Stay on schedule while maintaining top-tier quality standards for the assets you create.
  • Receive and implement feedback from the Environment Lead and Art Director to refine your work.
  • Break down environment tasks and create asset briefs for outsourcing when needed.
  • Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and methods to push the quality of game environments.
  • Ensure art and design consistency across the entire game world.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a 3D Environment Artist in game development.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your artistic vision and technical skill.
  • Expertise in Unity engine with a focus on mobile platforms.
  • Extensive experience with Maya or 3D Max, Substance Painter, ZBrush, and Photoshop.
  • Deep knowledge of PBR workflows and experience with the environment creation pipeline.
  • A solid grasp of shapes, design, and composition for crafting engaging game worlds.
  • Ability to work within creative, collaborative teams and communicate effectively.
  • Upper intermediate level of English.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with task tracking tools such as Shotgrid, Hansoft, or Redmine.
  • Shipped at least one AAA title on console or mobile platforms.
  • Passionate about game development and possess a deep understanding of video games.
