Job Responsibilities
  • We work closely with clients to receive and analyze briefing requests, ensuring we deliver exceptional results.
  • We build project timing plans and estimates, coordinating content production for multiple channels and asset types.
  • We are responsible for guiding clients and their expectations, managing projects and production issues effectively.
  • We solicit client feedback and communicate potential areas of improvement to management.
  • As brand standards guardians, we ensure all work and feedback align with our brand's style guide.
  • We establish strong relationships with clients, client service teams, transcreation partners, and creative teams.
Qualifications and Skills
  • We seek individuals with knowledge and experience in video, digital, and print production processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with web and/or content publishing processes is an advantage.
  • A strong self-starter with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • People skills that inspire confidence in our clients and build trust with internal/external agency teams.
  • Ability to adapt work styles to meet the needs of various clients and teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers.
  • Ability to balance creative quality and financial responsibility.
  • Conflict resolution through diplomacy, empathy, and understanding.
  • Fluent business English – both written and spoken – is a must.
