About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our HAYS POLAND Sp. z o.o. team as a Senior Accounts Payable Manager. You will play a critical role in managing our accounts payable team and ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 employees
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable team, including the processing of invoices and payments
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors by handling inquiries and resolving issues
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable process
- Act as the technical contact person for the relocation of product costing processes to Kraków
- Develop process documentation and establish stable knowledge management
- Report to divisional management based on meaningful key figures
- Implement, document, and continuously develop the internal control system (ICS)
- Be the content-related contact person and responsible for asset accounting
